NTX Man Show Hot Tub Giveaway

Presented by Texas Hot Tub Company

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

The NTX Man Show Hot Tub Giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by Texas Hot Tub Company ("Sponsor") and administered by LKCM Radio Group ("Administrator").

Participation in this Promotion constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

 

1. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on Monday, July 20, 2026, and ends on Saturday, August 15, 2026.

The Grand Prize drawing will take place live during the NTX Man Show at River Ranch Stockyards in Fort Worth, Texas on Saturday, August 15, 2026.

 

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who:

• Are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. 

• Can legally accept the prize. 

• Are able to accept delivery of the prize within the Sponsor's standard delivery area or are willing to pay any additional delivery charges. 

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) of LKCM Radio Group, Texas Hot Tub Company, River Ranch Stockyards, participating sponsors, advertising agencies, and their respective affiliates are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

 

3. HOW TO QUALIFY

Up to 102 finalists will qualify for the Grand Prize drawing.

Qualifications will be awarded as follows:

• Up to 90 qualifiers through LKCM Radio Group on-air contests associated with NTX Man Show ticket giveaways. 

• Up to 12 qualifiers through on-site registration opportunities during the NTX Man Show (approximately one qualifier every 30 minutes; schedule subject to change). 

 

On-Site Registration

No purchase or paid admission is required to register for an on-site qualification.

Individuals who do not wish to purchase admission to the NTX Man Show may register for the Promotion at the event box office during designated registration times.

Registering for the Promotion does not provide admission to the event, and participants who do not purchase admission must remain outside the event venue unless otherwise admitted.

Limit one (1) qualification per person.

If a person qualifies more than once, only the first qualification will be valid, and an alternate qualifier may be selected.

If a qualified entrant is determined to be ineligible, declines the opportunity to participate, cannot be contacted, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Administrator may select an alternate qualifier.

 

4. FINLAIST DRAWING

All qualifiers must check-in no later then 3pm at the radio station activation tent inside for the Finalist drawing. All checked-in qualifiers will be entered into a random drawing to be a finalist. The finalist drawing will occur live at approximately 3:30pm at the NTX Man Show on Saturday, August 15, 2026.

Twenty (20) finalists will be randomly selected to compete in the duck race.

Duck Race

Each finalist will receive one (1) numbered rubber duck.

The ducks will be placed into the hot tub.

The first duck drawn into the operating filter intake of the hot tub will be declared the Grand Prize winner.

The duck race is conducted solely as the method of selecting the winner among the randomly selected finalists.

If equipment failure, weather, electrical failure, mechanical malfunction, or any unforeseen circumstance prevents the duck race from operating as intended, the Administrator reserves the right to determine the winner by random drawing among the  finalists.

All decisions of the Administrator are final.

 

5. GRAND PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:

Texas Hot Tub Company V72 Package

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $12,000

Prize includes:

• Texas Hot Tub Company V72 Hot Tub 

• Hot tub cover 

• Standard local delivery within fifty (50) miles of a Texas Hot Tub Company showroom 

• Cover lifter system 

• Poly step 

• Water care start-up kit

6. PRIZE CONDITIONS

Winner is responsible for:

• Providing a suitable installation location meeting manufacturer specifications. 

• All required electrical service and electrical connections. 

• Any permits required for installation. 

• Concrete pads or other site preparation. 

• Landscaping modifications. 

• Crane service or special equipment if required. 

• Fence removal or replacement if necessary. 

• Any delivery charges beyond the Sponsor's standard delivery area. 

• Any upgrades requested beyond the standard prize package. 

• All applicable federal, state, and local taxes. 

The winner must coordinate delivery directly with Texas Hot Tub Company.

If the winner cannot accept delivery within ninety (90) days of notification or fails to make reasonable arrangements for delivery during that time, the prize may be forfeited at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and Administrator.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or redeemed for cash.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

 

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be contacted using the information provided at the time of qualification.

Failure to respond within the time specified by the Administrator may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

The Administrator reserves the right to require proof of identity, age, residency, and eligibility before awarding any prize.

The winner may also be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release where permitted by law.

 

8. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of qualifying depend upon the number of eligible participants.

Once selected as one of the finalists, each finalist has an equal opportunity to win the Grand Prize.

 

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and Administrator to use the winner's name, hometown, likeness, photograph, voice, and statements for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed, without additional compensation.

 

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Administrator reserves the right to:

• Verify the eligibility of all entrants. 

• Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the Promotion or violates these Official Rules. 

• Cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, weather, acts of God, government action, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion. 

• Select alternate qualifiers or winners if necessary. 

If the NTX Man Show is postponed, canceled, or otherwise unable to be conducted as scheduled, LKCM Radio Group reserves the right to conduct the Grand Prize drawing at a later date, alternate location, or by another method deemed appropriate. Any changes will be announced through participating radio stations and/or NTXManShow.com.

Administrator's decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion are final and binding.

 

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless:

• LKCM Radio Group 

• Texas Hot Tub Company 

• River Ranch Stockyards 

• Participating sponsors 

• Their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents 

from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, installation, delivery, or use of any prize.

 

12. TAXES

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.

If required by law, the Sponsor or Administrator will issue appropriate tax documentation, including IRS Form 1099.

 

13. DISPUTES

This Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

Entrants waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
